1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 499bett ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://499bett.bet and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the 499bett website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, participating in any promotion, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm and agree that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content;
• You accept these Terms unconditionally and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person or entity.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 499bett platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 499bett, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. You acknowledge that 499bett will request identity documents to verify your date of birth and that failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account restriction or closure.
• Residency and Jurisdiction: You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 499bett is lawful in your jurisdiction. 499bett makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are not under any guardianship, legal restriction, or court order that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by 499bett or any responsible gaming body.
• Own Account: You are registering and operating the account exclusively for your own personal use. Corporate accounts, syndicated accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

Identity Verification (KYC)

499bett operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any point deemed necessary by the platform's compliance team, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (mobile wallet screenshot, bank statement header, or card statement);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the compliance team to satisfy identity, age, or source-of-funds verification requirements.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. 499bett reserves the right to close accounts where KYC cannot be completed and to return deposits to the original payment source where feasible.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each eligible player may register exactly one account on the 499bett platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. You must keep all account information up to date at all times.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances. 499bett will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 499bett's customer support team immediately. We recommend that you use a strong, unique password and update it regularly. Two-factor authentication, where available, should be enabled as an additional security measure.

Duplicate Accounts

Operating more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 499bett reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Players found to have created duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will be permanently banned from the platform.

Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. 499bett reserves the right to close any account where inaccurate information is discovered at any point, regardless of how long the account has been active.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

499bett supports a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 499bett account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer to process depending on the originating institution's processing times. 499bett is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, the deposit will be returned and your account may be restricted pending investigation.
• 499bett does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 499bett accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may be set and are communicated within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 2. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Processing times for approved withdrawal requests vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within the same business day during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• 499bett reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal request pending the outcome of a fraud, AML, or responsible gaming review without prior notification.

Anti-Money Laundering

499bett maintains anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorist financing ("CTF") policies in line with international best practices. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests. 499bett will cooperate with relevant authorities in the investigation of any transaction identified as suspicious.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

499bett offers a range of promotions to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar (BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and similar events). All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any additional terms stated within each individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• One bonus per household/device/IP: Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per individual, household, IP address, or device is permitted. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of additional accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and permanent account suspension.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly within each promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, the bonus-derived portion of your balance cannot be withdrawn.
• Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Typically, sports betting and slots contribute at the highest rate, while certain live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that are not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum bet or stake limit per round or per event may apply. Bets exceeding the stated maximum during an active bonus period may be voided and the bonus forfeited.
• Cash-out restriction: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only bonus-derived winnings that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance.

Abuse and Misuse

499bett reserves the right to void, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotion-derived winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the promotion has been used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer or in breach of these Terms. This includes, without limitation, matched betting strategies, arbitrage, low-risk betting patterns detected during bonus wagering, and the use of automated software or scripts.

6 Betting & Casino Game Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, crash games, and other gaming products available on 499bett are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are published within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to gameplay and settlement.

Sports Betting

• All bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL fixtures, FIFA for football). 499bett reserves the right to use alternative official sources where the primary source is unavailable or disputed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. 499bett reserves the right to suspend any in-play market at any time and for any reason, including data feed disruption, without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and vary by sport, market, and event. Limits are displayed within the betting interface at the point of placement.
• Void bets: A bet will be declared void if the event to which it relates is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within a reasonable timeframe. Void bets are returned to the player's cash balance at the original stake amount.
• Palpable errors: Where a bet has been accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), 499bett reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

Casino Games & RNG

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems provided by our licensed game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Results are statistically random and independent of all previous game rounds.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from professionally operated studio environments. 499bett is not responsible for stream interruptions caused by the player's own internet connection or device.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance. 499bett does not guarantee continuity of any specific game title's availability.

Crash Games (Monster Mine & Star Fishing)

Crash-format games including Monster Mine and Star Fishing use provably fair RNG mechanics. Each round's outcome is determined before the round begins and is verifiable by the player using the seed hash displayed at the conclusion of each round. Failure to cash out before the crash event results in the forfeiture of the staked amount for that round. No claims will be accepted for rounds where the player did not cash out in time due to connection delays or device issues.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 499bett, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with fair play principles and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 499bett platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, forged identity documents, or any fraudulent means to fund or operate an account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game round, or tournament.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between 499bett and other operators, or using bonus funds as part of a risk-free hedging strategy.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to place bets, interact with games, or access any part of the platform without human intervention.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at 499bett staff, customer support agents, or other players through any platform channel.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that represent the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Underage access: Attempting to create or operate an account on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or disputes with payment providers for deposits that were legitimately used for betting activity. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for any associated winnings.

499bett reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the affected account may be restricted, suspended, or closed at 499bett's sole discretion. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, all associated winnings may be voided and account balances may be forfeited without appeal.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 499bett account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before a closure request is processed, all pending bets will be settled according to the relevant market or game rules, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to the completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Suspension or Closure by 499bett

499bett reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2;
• Identification of fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct under Section 7;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder under the Responsible Gaming programme;
• Any other reason that 499bett determines, in good faith, to be necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the welfare of the player.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. Following a 12-month inactivity period, 499bett will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder via their registered contact details. If no response is received and no activity occurs within 30 days of that notification, 499bett may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. All applicable fee rates will be communicated in the notification sent prior to the fee commencement.

Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may contact 499bett's customer support team to submit a formal appeal. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the account action being taken. 499bett will review all submitted appeals and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of 499bett's compliance team following an appeal review is final.
